Some people say books are for nerds; I say they're some of my favorite pieces to write, especially long form blogs. Below are are some content writing pieces I've worked on.
Hello Possible Capital Campaign Booklet
Raising funds for a Non-Profit organization is not easy, but with the right vision and words, it's possible. Along side my former creative director, Vinnie Thomas, we wrote a 6 month-aversary booklet for Emmanuel's multi-million dollar capital campaign Hello Possible. The tagline concepts were written by Vinnie, and I had a hand and in writing most of the copy.
University Of Next Level
I wrote for a university! My mom would be proud. Now, the university is called the University Of Next Level, so I don't know how proud. I didn't name it, but I did write to promote the school as a gap year option for students coming out of high school who weren't sure where they should do after high school. I also don't think they can technically call themselves a university, but that didn't stop them. Sorry mom.
Annual Report 2016
The common perception of churches and money is that church just wants it. The goal with the Annual Report was to put a face to the money. It was an attempt to show where the money went and what it was used for. With the exception of the personal letters and the Hispanic page, I wrote all the words in this 24 page vision piece.
